Users and roles

Admins manage users and sites and open every site. Other users only open the sites they are a member of, with one role per site:

Role	Can
viewer	Read entries, drafts and media.
editor	Also edit entries, save and discard drafts, upload media. On a site in direct publishing, also publish, schedule and delete entries.
publisher	Publish, schedule and delete entries on every site they are a member of, and delete media.

A site in pr (review) publishing only lets publishers put content live; editors save drafts for them.

Adding members

Site settings > Members > Add a member: enter an email and a role. An existing user is added right away. An unknown email asks for the first and last name, then creates the account with a temporary password, shown once to copy.

Temporary passwords

A user created, or reset, with a temporary password must choose their own at the next login: until then, Sumigo shows nothing else. Users change their name and password in My account.
